Today our devotion was on Jeremiah 29:11-13. I've heard and read that verse SO many times. But God really pushed at me where it says "You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with ALL YOUR HEART."

I'm struggling right now with my future. I have been for a while. But I just do not know what I'm supposed to be doing. God has me at camp right now, which is great and I absolutely love it. I'm just really unsure about college. I WANT to know what I'm supposed to do. Am I to go for Business, or do I not have to? I desire to go to To Every Tribe, so should I work and just save up for that and not go back to school? I'm just totally unsure about everything. So this verse really hit me, I will find God when I search for Him with ALL MY HEART. Am I doing that? No, I'm not. But I want to strive to do that. My flesh is weak though. There's many times where I would rather just sit and watch a movie or a TV show. That's easy. Striving towards God is hard work, but it's worth it in the end.

So, I ask for prayer. Pray that I would use my time wisely. That I would seek God whole-heartedly. And that He would reveal His will to me. There are so many things I would love to do: go back to piano lessons, learn photography, open a coffeehouse with my church. Eventually go to TETM then onto the field. I desire to just give my life over to God. For Him to use my life in any way He wants.

Sorry it's been a whole since I updated. I dont have much time and I dont have internet at my cabin which is good and bad at the same time. haha

I think I've been telling people that campers start coming the last week of June...it's actually first week of July. sorry about that.

I've been bug free for the past few days and the holes are covered for the bats so I have no more droppings coming down on my books. i havent seen a stinkbug for a few days:) praise the Lord ! Every time i see a bug it's dead. i love it. ill randomly

see a wood roach so i got my trusty Raid to shoot it. haha its great!

God's definitely revealed that business administration is something i love and what im great at, so I think ive finally decided on my major:) which is great! I'm hoping to go to GCC then transfer to PBU...we'll see. I dont like to set plans up because usually things change, so I'm praying about it.

Other than that nothing else is really new. Same everyday, but it's good. I love it a lot.

I finally got a pair of TOMS I love them a lot. most comfortable shoe ever. seriously.

I must give myself credit, im quite the homemaker. haha i make my own meals, do the laundry, rake my yard, vacuum, dust, scrub the floors, clean. i like

my house clean. before i came to camp i did not know how to do laundry, i didnt like yard work (now i find it satisfying), i hated cleaning, etc. and im trying to read books more. thats probably going to be a working progress because i hate reading a lot. ive never enjoyed it. im almost forcing myself to. we'll see how the rest of the summer goes....

anyways...i gotta go because my battery is going to die on my laptop.

i do miss you guys at home a lot, but im also loving it here at camp! its stretching me in tons of ways and its exactly what i have needed. <3

yesterday when i got home from work i started killing stinkbugs and got 3 roach things....i was kiling them all night long, literally. i think i killed 30-40 stinkbugs, no lie.

i woke up this morning to a roach crawling up my back at 5am.

God's obviously trying to teach me something....

May 24th

Gosh, I can't believe May is almost over. I'm on my fourth week of being here at camp. Still love it. The stinkbug population has not decreased...i think i flush 10-12 down a day, at least.

Having my own house has made me learn more about myself..i seem to be more of a neat freak these days. I always have to have my house perfect, not sure why that is, but if it's not it literally will distract me.

I think i use more toilet paper/tissues on stinkbugs than i use for myself. seriosuly. theyre more like costing me money.

This week my cousin is coming for a few nights to hangout. Then this weekend is the yearly Father/Child overnighter for my church. So it should be a good week!:) I had off Monday since we had an Open House on Saturday. The open house went fantastic, it was such a wonderful day, perfect weather and we had 260ish people come and 33 weeks signed up. ! So, God is Good! SO glad it did not rain. :)

...now back to more caper registrations...ill probably be working on this for the next 2 days at least.

Sorry I haven’t updated in a while. Last weekend the staff went on a camping trip to Worthington State Park. It’s up in north Jersey. It was a great trip. We went hiking on Saturday which was an amazing hike. It was hard, but so well worth it in the end. There was this waterfall and some of our group went swimming and we just hung out there for like an hour. It was beautiful and made the hike well worth it.

On Monday I was able to get into the maintenance office to clean and organize it all. If you had seen it before, it was a disaster. But I spent the day going through files and cleaning the office and organizing tools and such into cabinets. It was great. Haha I love doing that!

This week we’ve been getting ready for the Open House on Saturday. I spent Tuesday cleaning the snack shop. I guess some animals got into it over the winter and it was a disaster. But it’s beautiful now. J

Things are crazy around here, but I’m enjoying it a lot. In the long run I think this is what I want to be doing, not necessarily at camp, though it would be fun. I love the atmosphere, and for some people, it’s not their thing, but personally, I love it right now. And I love to go back to my cabin and clean and relax. My job doesn’t even seem like a job. God’s been so good to give me this opportunity!
